To enable your property to be marketed the EPC report is required for all marketing material.

What is an Energy Performance Certificate?

An energy performance certificate provides the property with a rating from A - G accompanied by recommendations of how to improve energy efficency of the building.

The property is surveyed by a domestic energy assessor who will look at the property type, age and construction as well as insulation and heating they will then calcualte the information through specalist software to determine the rating and report.
